It looks and feels like it’s meant for a 5 year old now and makes the music harder to play compared to the old version. I’m fine if others like it but they should at least add the option to change the thickness of the rolling notes. Also the time played doesn’t always work. I’ve spent an hour of time in lessons and it just won’t count it. I then have to practice songs separately to maintain a streak even though I’ve been practicing for an hour. ### 3/5 — Latest update has broken the app for me *2026-06-14, version 1.47.0* Not sure what’s wrong but now anytime I try to play a song it seems to think I have to piano m’s connected and the sound cuts out completely. I learnt a song on the Roli by looking at the colours light up on the piano and when I went to my friends house to show what I learnt on an actual piano, their was almost no transfer of understanding.
