I want to use this app but when I try to sign up as a professor it says sign up failure but no suggestion of how to fix it or actually get signed up. Please let me know what I need to do to try to use this app.

1. I want a “never expire” QR code. 
2. I need ability to print the QR code so students scan a paper printout instead of my device.
