However recently the app won’t let her log in and keeps saying connection error. Normally I would just say to delete and redownload the app but when we talked to an employee about it they said don’t delete it all your points might disappear. So in fear of losing her points she wanted me to download the app. Once I did again the app said connection error for me even a new user. For us at least it has kinda deterred us from eating at the restaurant. It is still good but definitely disappointing to not get points. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-11-03, version 44.0.0* This app used to work great until it didn’t. no longer can login to earn points on food. I went there twice and got my Reward points for scanning my phone at the restaurant. But I downloaded an update on the app when you redesigned the app a couple of months ago and every single one of the points I had vanished. There have been other updates on the app since then but none of them fixed the app for me to show the points I earned so it now just reads 0 points. The app has multiple issues such as unable to add certain things you’re supposed to in the order menu. The second and most important issue is that their IT is horrible. Multiple times I’ve had issues with points in the app and it seems like despite what workers and I do to notify them, they do nothing. There’s zero point in me going to this restraint when you try to entice me with a rewards program and then drop the ball so terribly hard on said program. It makes me question everything about your business and how it’s run. ### 1/5 — Misleading and Broken *2024-06-09* The app for the longest time has been misleading in regards to the rewards available to you and the ability to redeem them. I’ve noticed multiple times that the app mentions I have a reward but there is no way to redeem it although it’s visible on the app itself. Also I get push notifications telling me about a promotion or a reward now available and when I go on the app or store there is no reward available and no one at the store cares enough to see rewards.
