## What is Rolla World?

Rolla World is an online multiplayer fitness game for indoor exercise that enables its users to work out and compete in a virtual world.  Explore the virtual world of Rolla, on foot or a bicycle. Visit beach towns, idyllic countryside villages or untouched nature. Whether you like climbing mountains or cruising by the beach Rolla has a route for you.
Each month brings new routes so stay tuned and try our public beta.

Jog in place, run on a treadmill or cycle with a bike trainer.

Downloaded the companion app for my phone, paired everything up, but it just has a spinning wheel icon when you try to start a workout and never loads. Waste of time.

Great app, nice graffics.  It would be nice if I would not need to use my phone also I am missing ERG mode for the workout modes. The erg mode built in is only for the terrain which is great when you just riding but if you like to do the workout it would be helpful to have a full focus on that. I am sure it will be there one day.

Thank you for your feedback. Rolla One (on your smartphone) is designed to help you reach your health & fitness goals. With two new modes, coming soon, you will be able to track your daily fitness activities, log your food intake, and track your overall health. This is why we maintain that two devices are needed for Virtual Activities.

You have to have two apps for the experience.  The world is displayed with this app.   Why do you have to know my location for this to work? Graphics look great, but the ride is boring.  Silly mistakes in the UI, miles are labeled as km.   Those kind of things.    Pretty janky ride it would just stall for periods of time before catching up.   Maybe my hardware?   It certainly wasn’t the load of other riders.  I was the only one on for miles and miles.   Sorry kilometers and kilometers.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. Rolla World is used only for the virtual world. Rolla One is the main app where you can track your workouts (indoor, outdoor, and virtual). Location service is needed so Rolla One can access GPS data to calculate moving time, speed, and other metrics important for Outdoor activities.
