L’intégration de Alexa et Google se fait assez facilement. L’ergonomie et les fonctionnalités sont encore trop limitées. On regrette un peu l’ancienne version RollUp qui était plus conviviale. Le service après-vente est très à l’écoute et souhaite faire progresser l’application. Alors, souhaitons que les prochaines versions permettrons l’intégration HomeKit, les programmations plus souples et plus faciles à gérer, un design plus dans l’air du temps et des fonctionnalités plus pointues comme les groupes de commande suivant l’occupation des pièces. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Outdated and slow *2026-03-29, version 4.0.2(2)* App is very difficult to use very slow and the instructions that come with the Wi-Fi adapter look like they’re from the 1940s. Even though there’s lots of YouTube videos that cover most other topics, they forgot to cover how to program and set this up. I would totally pay for the app if they could just make it more simple Cleaner interface this is the future they better get with it please ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2024-06-12, version 4.0.2(2)* This app needs lots of fixing, it will not allow me to add a hub to the app. No directions no documentation the direct to you how to set up the hub. Try to add a hub app sign you out and have to sign again annoying. When you’re locked in, they keep you login or use Face ID if your iPhone user to log back in. if you succeed the schedule does not work nor does the buttons for going up and down. La fonctionnalité est disponible mais ne marche pas. Si vous fermez par exemple les volets via l’application et les ouvrez via l’interrupteur la mise à jour n’est pas prise en compte sur l’application qui affiche toujours volet fermé. En gros on peut rien faire avec cette app à part de fermer et d’ouvrir tout en étant à côté du modem car sinon ça ne marche pas non plus. Par exemple j’ouvre mes volets en étant au travail en rentrant mes volets sont toujours fermés l’a requête n’est pas prise en compte. J’ai regretté d’avoir opté pour gaposa au lieu de Somfy ### 1/5 — OMG *2022-05-15, version 1.3.0* This may be the absolute worst app I’ve ever encountered. So bad. The developers need to be fired immediately and a new crew hired to fix this abomination. If you need an example of how not to build an app, this is it. No HomeKit support. Schedules work 90% of the time. Would love to program more than one preset. Presets often don't work and are difficulty to activate. Grouped shade commands frequently activate shades outside of the group. I've gotten used to the app generally working 75-80% of the time so still a long way to go to make improvements.
