I downloaded this to stay in touch with my long-distance friends. Every time I open the app, I cannot accept  invitations due to glitching, nor can I see any challenges despite me refreshing it. I would love to encourage others to use it but software needs major improvement first.

So i can barely use the app because of all the glitching. it keeps freezing and staying stuck until i swipe out of the app and reset it and the. it gets stuck again. it’s annoying to try and do anything. i really hope they fix this, i would love to use this with my friends.

Wwe've rebuilt the first-run experience and made it way easier to get your friends into your groups.

Getting Started & Invites
• Onboarding has been redesigned, making it shorter and clearer.
• After creating a group, you now get a join code and share link right away. Copy the code, drop it in the group chat, done.
• Got an invite code? You can now enter it from the welcome screen, your feed, during signup or your profile.
• Already using RollCall without a group? You'll see a one-time prompt to start or join one. RollCall is better with friends.

Punishments & Lockouts
• Being behind on a punishment now only blocks you from submitting to new challenges in that group; you can still browse, comment, and everything else. It also lifts on its own within 48 hours.
• Lockout banners now tell you exactly what's blocked and when it clears, with a live countdown.
• Joined a group through an invite? You'll be asked to set your punishment after your first submission, when it actually matters.

UI/UX Improvements
• People and groups without a photo now show a lettered avatar instead of a gray circle.
• Group creation is faster. A group photo is optional, and the steps are cleaner.
• The challenge countdown now follows each group's own challenge window and timezone.

Bug Fixes & Stability
• Wrong or expired verification codes now tell you immediately, instead of failing two screens later.
• Clearer error messages when signing in or when creating a group fails.
• Fixed a stale login screen that could get stuck over the app after signing in.
• General reliability improvements under the hood.
