RollCut is a practical cutting layout tool for sheet metal and coil stock, designed for real workshop and production use.

The app builds efficient cutting layouts, calculates material area, roll length, and waste percentage. All calculations are focused on real manufacturing tasks and everyday production work — not theoretical nesting.

A system of algorithms, not a single calculation method

RollCut is built on an architecture of multiple independent layout engines. Each engine follows a different strategy, allowing the app to cover a wide range of packing scenarios.

Dedicated algorithms are used for coil mode, considering longitudinal cutting specifics.
