bei mir wollte die app zunächst nur einmal verbinden, danach ging nichts mehr.  nach Firmware update bisher aber alles super

Ich benutze diese App mit Version 1.0.5 auf meinen Samsung Handy und auf meinem iPad.
Bei beiden Geräte ist die Verbindung und das runterladen derart schlecht, dass ich keine Lust mehr habe überhaupt damit zu arbeiten. Leider gibt es ausser dem PC keine andere Möglichkeit.
Manchmal gibt es Probleme mit der Verbindung. Aber das kleinere Übel. 
Oft werden keine Dateien angezeigt. Wenn sie angezeigt werden dann kann ich keine Videos herunterladen. Er zeigt an auf meinem Handy an, dass er sie herunter geladen hat. Aber dann findet man nichts in seiner Galerie. 
Auf meinem iPad läd erst gar nichts herunter. Er läd und läd und läd, aber es tut sich nichts. Irgendwann muss ich dann den Akku aus der Kamera nehmen weil sonst der Akku heiß läuft. 
Hier muss dringend etwas passieren.
Ich habe übrigens die App auch schon mal deinstalliert und neugeladen, das hat aber auch nichts gebracht .

Kamera an sich top. Gute Video und Bild Qualität. Einzig, mit der App das rüber ziehen der Videos funktioniert nur Semigut. Sobald die Videos zu groß sind, macht die Kamera irgendwann schlapp und hängt sich auf. Jedes Mal muss man alles neu starten und das Video von neu laden ( wenn man Glück hat funktioniert es dann).

Nachdem eine Verbindung mit einem Huawei- und einem HTC-Smartphone sowie einem iPad nicht möglich war habe ich bei Rollei angerufen. Die Nutzung der App mit diesen Geräten sei nicht möglich, sagte man mir. Also, bevor ich mir dafür ein neues Handy hole, besorg ich mir lieber eine GoPro. Rollei sollte mal Profi-Programmierer ans Werk lassen, die eine App für die breite Masse kreiert, sonst bekommen die nichts vom Actioncam-Kuchen ab und GoPro muss alleine satt werden. Die Kamera ging auf jeden Fall zurück.

Die App ist sehr schlecht gemacht, die Verbindung bricht ständig ab und wenn das Video mehr als 500mb hat ist ein Download unmöglich!  Tolle Kamera aber sehr schlechte App! Dringend ein Update nötig!!!

Einfach mal die Bedienungsanleitung durchlesen dann könnt ihr euch auch verbinden klappt 1a auf meinem iPhone XR und dem iPhone 7 meines Kumpels.
