### 1/5 — Kein Support nach kurzer Zeit

Die App stürzt andauernd ab und lässt sich nicht updaten.

Nach Kontakt mit Rollei antwortete mir der Support, dass keine Updates mehr zur Verfügung stehen .

Das finde ich nicht richtig bei einem Gerät, das gerade erst sechs Jahre ist und wunderbar Auf einmal durch Software abgestellt wird!
So retten wir die Welt!

die App ist eine Katastrophe. Trotz zahlreicher iPhones hängt sie sich häufig auf. Ich habe nur für die Verwendung der App ein iPhone genutzt, auf dem keine anderen Anwendungen dieser Art laufen. Der Gymbal hat über ein halbes Jahr funktioniert ohne App problemlos funktioniert. Nachdem ich ihm das erste Mal mit der App verbunden habe wo die angebliche Kalibrierung durchzuführen hat der Gimbal nur noch Schrottwert. er lässt sich mit keiner der bekannten Methoden von Rolle wieder kalibrieren. Nach dem Einschalten spinnt er planlos umher. Ein Support von Roller gibt es dafür nicht. Im groben und Ganzen in meinen Augen absoluter Schrott.

Im im Titel beschrieben spinnt die Software oft, sobald man die Tracking Funktion nutzt. Plötzlich ist das Bild dann versetzt in irgendeiner Ecke des Bildschirm und funktioniert dann aber auch nicht. Grundsätzlich hat die App Probleme mit dieser Funktion. Ein Neustart der App versetzt die App in die Urspungsform. Mal funktioniert es, mal nicht. Zumal die Firmware Aktualisierung ständig fehlerhaft ist.

Gerade bei der Rollei Hotline angerufen. 
Ach sie haben das Rollei Go. Das gibt es nicht mehr. Darum auch keine Updates mehr. MOZA haben sie ausprobiert und es verbindet sich nicht mit dem Gimbal? Das is jetzt doof. Tut mir leid. Ciao.

Ich hab mir den Gimbal aufgrund guter Bewertungen gekauft und er verstaubt nur. Warum? Weil die App nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Viele Funktionen, die DJI hinbekommt, sind in der App nach wie vor nicht gegeben. Ich würde mir wirklich bessere Updates wünschen. So lange gibts von mir keine Empfehlung für das Gerät, denn die App ist ein riesiges Hindernis.

Der Motion Tracker funktioniert nur wenn das Handy in der Horizontalen Lage liegt. In Vertikaler Lage kann man das Symbol des Motion Trackers nicht auswählen. 

Für mich der seine Videos Vertikal filmt ein Ausschluss Kriterium des Gimbal's.

Wenn möglich bitte beheben.

mir ist aufgefallen, das beim Fotografieren keine GPS Daten gespeichert werden. Manchmal kann man Jahre später nicht mehr nachvollziehen, wo man einige Fotos gemacht hat. Mit der hauseigenen Foto App kann man nicht fotografieren, weil damit der Auslöser des Gimbals nicht unterstützt wird.

Ich kann meinem Vorredner nur zustimmen. Super App und tolles Gimbal. Leider klappt auch bei mir das Motion Capture nicht. Die Bewegung wirkt mir unter planlos und die Endpunkte werden überschritten .

Im Grunde bin ich mit den Funktionen meines Gimbal zufrieden. Leider sind alle Videos so gut wie unbrauchbar, weil der Ton nicht synchron zum Bild aufgezeichnet wird. Erst habe ich gedacht, es liegt an mir, dann habe ich festgestellt, dass es einen Verzögerungs-Unterschied zwischen Hauptkamera und Frontkamera meines iPhone XR gibt. Es kann also keine gewollte Einstellung sein...schade, so kann ich die App nicht nutzen
