Er findet den Gimbal Aber verbindet sich nicht. Ich schau mir das jetzt noch ein Paar Tage an aber ohne die SW ist das Gimbel bzgl. Timelapse Aufnahmen nutzlos… Auch Videoaufnahmen mit dem tracker sind ein Krampf - Bildqualität in 4K ist soo lala und eines IPhones nicht würdig … Bitte unbedingt nachbessern oder Bescheid geben das dieses App eingestellt wird. Wie bei vielen Anbietern Hardware Top Software Flop! ### 1/5 — Das schlechteste was man kaufen .... *2023-01-15* kommt von Rollei, ob ActionCam oder Gimbal oder sonst was.. Der Support iist komplett miserabel, alleine wie er hier reagiert sagt schon alles. Ich kann jedem nur raten nie wieder Produkte von Rollei zu kaufen oder überhaupt zu kaufen, da kommt ihr beim Chinesen günstiger und habt vielleicht noch die bessere Qualität. Das mit dem Gimbal noch nicht mal Zoomen möglich ist, sondern nur mit den Fingern auf dem Display, die App nicht die letzten Einstellungen beibehält. Die App zeigt gemachte Aufnahmen in der Info als Iphone 13.2 an. Völlig verkehrt. HDR und Manuelle Einstellung für ISO und Shutter überhaupt keine Funktion. Der Markenname Rollei hat leider nichts mehr mit einem deutschen Qualitätsnamen- Produkt zu tun im Kamerabereich und wie man sieht werden weder Bugs noch Funktionen entfernt oder verbessert. ### 1/5 — Mit iPhone 12 und iOS 15.6.1 ohne Funktion *2022-09-09* Kann den Steady Butler Mobile 3 leider nicht mit dieser App nutzen. Ich hören nur ein piepen eines. Habe alle Sperren geöffnet, per Bluettooth ist das Gerät verbunden. Fotos und Videos kann ich machen. Aber Joystick etc. ohne Funktion. ### 1/5 — 8 von 10 Videos kein Ton *2022-08-01* Der Gimbal mag ok sein aber die App ist null zu empfehlen!!! Stabilisierung klappt auch nur bedingt ständig vertauscht sich der Joystick bei der Richtung und so weiter. Das ganze Gerät geht zurück!! Die Videos bei der Hochzeit sind zu 80% alle ohne Ton 🤬 ### 1/5 — Schlechter Kundendienst *2022-03-26* Kundendienst mehrmals angeschrieben und um eine Anleitung zu dieser App gebeten, keine Antwort bekommen ### 2/5 — kein Ton *2021-12-24* Viele Videos haben kein Ton. Support meinte, man soll nach den Berechtigungen der App sehen, aber die ändern sich ja nicht zwischen zwei Aufnahmen. Seit Monaten kein Update…. ### 2/5 — Verbesserungswürdig *2021-12-21* Die App ist ganz in Ordnung jedoch verliert das Gimbal ab einem bestimmten Winkel immer die Stabilität und die Aufnahmen von z.B. oben nach unten gehen andauernd in die Hose weil das Gerät neu kalibriert werden muss … Außerdem ist die Bildqualität deutlich schlechter als die originale Kamera meines IPhone 12 Pro Max vom Werk aus. Da muss dringend nachgebessert werden. Finde es auch etwas schade, dass seit mehreren Monaten keine Updates mehr erscheinen. So wird die ganz gute Hardware mit der schlechten Software stark entwertet. Bitte macht etwas an der Bildqualität das geht echt garnicht!
