All was good up until 4 months ago when I purchased the VIP package. I thought it was a rolling monthly charge and that that meant the perks would renew each month. How wrong was I. It was only when I checked my PayPal invoice I realised that I have been charged the last 3 months having not received the VIP benefits. I just assumed it had stopped and not auto renewed as I wasn’t getting it after the initial month. It was only when I realised the money had been coming out for the last three months that I was aware I should have been getting the VIP package this whole time. That equates to £16.47 they have taken off of me with nothing to show for it. Very annoying considering this is the only game I’ve ever allowed myself to put money into and like I say 2 years of playing I’ve spent quite a fair deal with this game. Really was enjoying the game. I even had made multiple in app purchases. But I decided to log in with my apple account to save it. And when I did that I completely lost my account. And now I have to start all over. And when I press restore purchase it says there is no purchases to restore. So I lost my account and my money. The games would be good enough for me to start again. And I would love for this issue to be fixed and my account restored as well as my purchases. But now the games crashes every time I try to play. It trues to get me to log into my facebook and apple account. And either freezes for days “play fab error” and force closes the game. It went from a game I was excited to play and spend money on. To a game I cant even play at all. Multiple times, I lose the 2 hr bonus cards. Constantly says they’re restoring my purchase, Always around the time the VIP subscription renews. Sent in a support ticket that took a week to get answered. Restore purchase, that’s the fix. No comps for their problem. Also they’ve started hiding the last entertainer under trees or off the map in the mini game once again. Don’t spend on this game because it really does no good.
