I once loved it, had it for about a year almost and the app it self just started crashing out of nowhere. Plz fix asap. The scale itself is great. Just the app. Ugh

Graph axes don’t make any sense. App randomly stopped showing and recording all biometrics.

Can’t get the scale to pair with my iPhone. I have Bluetooth turned on, no other devices running, have restarted my phone. Connects for one second and instantly disconnects. If I can’t measure body fat and other functions, then all I have is a regular scale. I don’t need a regular scale.

With some support for bugs and better directions, this could be awesome. Sadly, support is nonexistent and bugs remain.

I sort of had to figure it out myself but if you download the app turn on Bluetooth then install batteries and press the little button above the batteries to connect. Then go back to the app and follow the instructions and step on the scale. Mine connected right away. It’s not Fitbit. But it’s half the price

Really like the scale and the app but I would love to be able to manually add a weight in on the days I don't have my phone readily available

I’ve been using this scale and app for over a year and love it however, what has changed?  I’m no longer able to view my data from before July 30th. I use the historical data quite a bit to gauge my progress. Please, please restore that functionality.
