I don't know who the team was behind this app overhaul, but they were in over their heads. Everything is clunky, unintuitive, and unresponsive. The UI takes up way too much space. Nothing does what you think it should do. It feels like a senior high school project. Oh, and the onboarding flow of this wheelchair app helpfully encourages you to "walk" to your favorite spots, which should tell you about all you need to know about the level of care that went into this product. It's a good idea, but it's just not there.

**Developer response:** Hi Cairo, thank you for this honest feedback. You are completely right, using "walk" in a accessibility app was a major oversight on our part, and we apologize for missing that. 

We take your comments about the UI and performance seriously. We are already reworking the language, optimizing the interface spacing, and fixing the lag. We want to build something that truly serves the community, and your review gives us a clear map of what to fix first. Thank you for believing in the core idea.
