The map is super useful because places are added and verified by other cyclists, so it feels much more trustworthy than random pins copied from somewhere else. I also really like the touring companion feature to other people to cycle with, and the airline bike policies. Yes, having all the waypoints added an verified by bikepackers, rather than copying them form somewhere else, was a big bet. Imagine, when I published the app 2 years ago the map was empty, so it was useless. Luckily, some early users saw its potential and started adding information and now we are seeing a snowball effect. The map has over 20,000 waypoints! All added and verified by people who are touring. Lastly, I’m also happy you find the touring companion feature useful, as bikepacking can be lonely at times so hopefully this feature will help with that.
