Man wird gezwungen sich eine App herunterzuladen, um sein Geld zurück zu bekommen, welches man am Festivalgelände aufgeladen hat. Auszahlung am Gelände war nicht möglich.

Dickes Minus. Andere Festivals regeln das viel entspannter, ohne Wartezeit, ohne zusätzliche App usw.
