But none of the ways couldn't work for me. I found this app yesterday and I transferred all of my photos and videos from my windows pc smoothly. My device is the iPhone 11. This app really deserves a 5-star rating. I’m not computer savvy so when I ran into technical difficulties, I reached out to tech support. Surprisingly the developer responded right away and showed me what to do. I had to contact him twice and both times he responded promptly.
