Still annoying that it took a week to get this resolved, but it was fixed. I just bought a new wireless printer and I’m trying to just LOGIN to the app. I have got to the screen where I enter the 6 digit code 20+ times now, and after entering the code, it just takes me back to the beginning asking me to enter my username and password. I can’t even login to this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now; rebooted my phone twice, and nothing seems to be working. I’ve reset my password multiple times and nope. Not happy about spending $300 on a printer and I can’t even set it up, what a joke. ### 4/5 — It’s great until you need customer service *2026-06-02* I’m enjoying using the Rollo platform. My only gripe is when you have a problem the AI delayed messages and also getting issues resolved almost impossible. !!! I think they just want you to give up from asking , then after a period of time you give up. then you’re left on your own issue unresolved. The code gets sent to the email, so i have to leave the app, unlike every other app which sends it via text. Please give us the option to turn it off, or set it up via Phone. I would use this app so much more if I didn’t have to do that every time. ### 2/5 — Prioritize Streamlining shipping over perks 😂 *2026-04-07, version 1.30* Shipping 5 boxes to one customer is still tedious, but hey we have a points system and badges, what a joke. ### 1/5 — Annoying notifications can't be turned off *2026-04-06* Ever since the upgrade I get the same dumb notifications every day: "5 earned. Your hustle is showing. 💪" and sometimes multiple times per day. I've looked in all sorts of settings on the app and in system settings and can't find a way to turn these annoying, useless notifications off without turning off order notifications too. I switched from the wired printer to wireless because I was very happy with the product, but since then I’ve had nothing be issues with this printer and with customer service trying to fix issues. ### 1/5 — Not for multi box shipments *2026-02-05, version 1.29.4* A year later and still no multi package shipping option. How difficult is it to put a quantity field for identical packages? Just shipped 4 packages, had to do the whole process 4 times, the process is relatively quick, but paying, then waiting for the label and printing each one. That makes what should be a 1 minute task into 5 or 10. It’s just not worth my time. Presets can’t save enough time to make it worthwhile, that’s streamlines the quick easy part. Previous review: No option to ship multiple packages of same or differing weights. Very unfortunate, because I regularly ship multiple packages to the same address. What I waste of time. ### 3/5 — Great printer but rollo ship system sucks *2026-01-22, version 1.29.4* Cant process orders older than 90 days in the rollo ship system!!!! For a small buisness that does pre orders this is a huge miss for me and something i wish they were up front about in the description of the product. Customer service at rollo was amazing too trying to figure out why orders wouldn’t show up. Great product but gave two stars because of the lack of up front info about their system and inability to actually use this thing for what i bought it for. ### 1/5 — Got my account disabled *2025-12-31, version 1.29.3* Trying to purchase a label and my account gets disabled and I lose my deposited money 0/10 ### 2/5 — Crashing *2025-12-30* I keep deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone and it keeps crashing by the time I go to make an order, my desktop is super delayed to give me updates on orders. Right now it’s saying you’re all caught up but I am not. I can see the emails coming in for orders right now and I cannot fulfill them. No instructions to hard reset and tons of unanswered questions online. Get hard wired or hire tech support before buying bc you’re going to need it. Seriously hire a network engineer - don’t just hire software engineers on fiver. ### 3/5 — The verification email link is broken *2025-12-19* I tried to sign up for an account today and the process is broken. I was able to create my account but it wanted me to verify my email, I went to click the link and the website said I need the app to continue. Fine, downloaded the app and clicked on the verification link again, nothing happened in the app. When I tried to sign in it said I need to verify my email, then the whole process repeats. I can’t print or make more than 1-2 labels without being asked to leave a review for the app. The Rollo printer also has trouble sometimes connecting to my phone and computer to print. I do love Rollo but the connection thing and the constant request for a review is unbearable. So here I am giving a review in hopes the message stops! ### 1/5 — App & Printer Sux *2026-08-17, version 1.31.2* I hate this printer. And when I say hate, I mean I would light it on fire in my backyard if I could afford to buy a different one. But I can’t. This piece of trash is constantly going offline. So I have to reset it and then use the worthless app to try and locate it. Which it never does. Never been able to just Bluetooth it to my phone, that’s never worked bc it can’t ever locate it. Oh! And sparks fly out of the back when plugging it in after resetting it 500 times to get it to connect. Over priced trash. It's not intuitive in the slightest. And also it doesn't have any sort of integration. No APIs. No freedom in what you print. After that it never works. It doesn’t download the most important order information - name and address of the customer. How can we print labels without this information?. So we’re manually copy/pasting the details which takes forever. That literally the primary function of creating the connection - to quickly print labels.
