In my case, I downloaded and deleted the app on the same day (including cancelling any subscriptions so that I wouldn't be charged in the future). I was charged the moment I deleted the app. I emailed their customer service via their website and have not received a reply. Apple won't back you up even when you explain what happened. Don't fall for this shady practice. This has never happened to me with any other app trial.
