I guess I’ve been saved the confusion by a constantly spinning loading icon.  I’ve been on 5G and WiFi without successfully loading anything beyond the map. Clicking on a stop gets me the loading circle.

The app does not do anything mentioned here. You may just get more confused, and angry you wasted time for this nonsense

Poche cose sono peggio dell’ATAC stessa: tra queste, l’app dell’ATAC. Questo è l’unico modo per sapere l’orario di arrivo dei bus e mezzi pubblici a Roma e 9/10 la app non funziona, rimane in caricamento senza mai visualizzare i dati, va in crash quando si prova a cliccare su una linea specifica, e la metà delle funzionalità non vanno. Una volta si poteva almeno andare sul sito web ed immettere il codice fermata, ma hanno pensato bene di rimuovere questo supporto introducendo una app che non sostituisce ma peggiora il poco aiuto che dava questo servizio. Una vergogna che in una capitale europea non ci sia una app ufficiale del comune funzionante a supporto dell’infrastruttura dei mezzi pubblici, già di per se imbarazzanti.
