一點也不好用，每一天菜單固定五種內容都差不多其中四種固定，都是那五種食材，地瓜跟糙米飯輪流替換，完全沒考慮如果有人不能吃某樣東西該怎麼辦？輸入資料也只是體重，看其他人的評價讓人誤判了，其他免費的app內容更豐富

Приложение отличное конечно, НО грудка, рыба, рис и гречка??? Что за прикол… где остальные продукты то? Или я что то не понял?

**Developer response:** Спасибо за отзыв. Приложение рассчитано на бюджетный рацион (отсюда и название такое) в отличии от остальных приложений в которых предлагаются салаты из авокадо с креветками и сыром Пармезан.

Поставлю 5 звезд просто за то, что человек заморочился и вот такую приложуху сделал с правильной целью и посылом - правильно питание и спорт, для начинающих подойдет, удобно, что есть список общих советов и список еды для ежедневного рациона. 15 рублей в 2023 просто не вопрос даже. Повторюсь, прога сугубо для начинающих свой путь, если вы уже считаете калории, понимаете, что вам нужно для той или иной цели в спортзале, то ничего нового вы в ней не найдете.
