I’ve always spent money when I could to support the app. Buying teacups especially. Over the years they’ve changed the value and amount of teacups, charged for the option of more story slots which I paid for to support and now added subscriptions options which I would have no issue with if they didn’t keep certain options in the story blocked via that paywall. There is no unlimited reading even though you’re paying at least $10. It’s honestly the beginning of the greed that will surely end this app to failure as every other romance virtual novel app before it. Forgetting the players who made this app what it is, is always the first step. There’s literally a gamble option included at the end of certain episodes now which is ridiculously greedy. It’s less enjoyable to read the stories as they’re now shorter, and even with all these new ways to give them money they can’t be bothered to update the older stories to support other races besides Europeans in the CGs, fix grammar and translations, or match the CGs with our choices, but man they never stop coming with these collectible cards. Not to mention most of the new stories are now sequels or spin offs from other stories. I want to hold out hope they’ll turn it around but it’s not looking good. Its portrayal of Hinduism and Goddess Kali is highly offensive, relying on graphic, sensationalized gore and cheap shock value that reads like outdated colonial propaganda. Structurally, the game is a broken diamond trap. I wasted over 500 diamonds only to be hit with deceptive choices and vague prompts that ruin your playthrough if you don't use an external guide. It completely strips away player agency and actively promotes xenophobia. Skip this app unless you want a predatory cash-grab that insults real cultures!! But recently they have changed and for the worse. They now don’t care about players opinions and don’t keep their promises that were made. With the ending of HS2, the writer personally promised us they Vicky’s story with her love interests would continue separately. And with this news fans of the main Heaven’s Secret series were happy to wait for the next few years for her story to return. It turns out that the writer and Romance Club failed to keep their promise. They added two more books into the story and created a mess of different themes, characters and storylines and it’s all mushed and doesn’t flow properly. The episode format is ridiculous. As long as the episodes are long I don’t mind how long the season is but these episodes are finished in five minutes. Especially for Vicky’s PoV, and this is a joke considering she is the main character of the Heaven’s Secret Universe. Adding to this, the other two main characters they added are now rehearing an OG love interests nachos as a way to force them into the story. Malbonte for six years was labeled as formidable and the strongest immortal, but they have given all his traits to these two new characters and weakened his own arc. How can the most formidable and strongest immortal be injured by a human? He isn’t the same character anymore. None of the OG’s are. These three books don’t belong together, and fans across the world have been complaining, but Romance Club don’t care anymore. The writers statement that was released after HS2 is still circulating, where she says Vicky’s story with her companions would be revealed separately. Vicky’s own episodes are far too short. There is no progression, no romantic development even though she’s married. If with Malbonte he is the only one who got a relationship reset, which doesn’t make any sense. Her outfits, hair, wings are not to the same standard as previous books. She has been made to look weak, and her love interests have been made to look weak to favour the newer characters. Which again makes no sense. This is who defeated the universe. This isn’t story progression, it’s took so many steps backwards it can’t even be called a continuation. Players waited eagerly from the end of HS2 to start HS3 continuing Vicky’s story and to see her defeating Shephamalum. This is what we were told we were going to get. It now feels like false advertising to get us still spending money and it was lies. I feel my time on the time is nearly over. They have ruined what made the HSU so special, they have ruined the characters that made the universe as famous as it is. They don’t keep their promises. The writer didn’t keep her promise made to fans. The only way this could be fixed at this point is to cancel and rewrite HS3 how it was originally promised to fans. На просьбу разобраться или хотя бы вернуть прогресс - молчание. Даже не соизволили извиниться за сбой с их стороны. Начинать все с нуля я не буду (особенно зная, что в любой момент весь прогресс может просто сброситься). Преданных игроков явно не ценят. Then when I try to restart it, it goes back to the same story and repeat. I’m forced to delete the app and reload it. And I couldn’t find a place to report these issues. It’s getting ridiculous. As of today, 5/17/26, The following stories have glitches: the haze will take you season 3 episode 10/10, soulless season 3 episode 17/18 and the crystal dream 10/10.
