Submitted a request to devs to correct this problem, but only got a canned response and no help. Game was fun, but losing all my “work” was not. Tried resetting password many times but no email came through. Not in spam either. Deleted app and reinstalled, have lost my game. Started again, tried logging out and in before I got too far into it again (as it takes so long to get through the tutorial) and same thing… password not working. So disappointing as I do like the game but cannot play. Couldn’t contact anyone through the website as I don’t know my player name and wasn’t sure how to change that when I was playing it.
