Like if I have placed an order and I leave the screen where it shows what’s going on, the whole thing closes and you can’t see your order anymore. Also, please a big suggestion that a lot of app are doing that improves the user experience significantly, please add an option to give instructions for the delivery person. People who stay in conplexes have complications when trying to let the delivery person in or guide them how to find the right place so having somewhere for the user to leave instructions could be super helpful! Waited two hours for a kids birthday party to deliver! The app says estimated delivery time, yet romans says they received order for collection. Order process: Collection or delivery. Choose delivery. Make selection, checkout. You need to give your cell, email and phone number along with address - all provided. Pay. Approve through FNB app, successfully. 30mins later, check in with app - in the Romans App, FNB still loading. approve again and go back to the app. Delivery or Collection set back to Collection. Change it back to delivery and set my address again. Approved, delivery estimation 20h52. 21h30 still no delivery after phoning them. Confirming address again, confirming the above and that I need to pay delivery. ### 1/5 — APP DOESN’T WORK!! *2025-11-27, version 2.0.4* Guys if you going put up an app. Please make sure it work. Forgot pwd OTP to registered number does not work. Suggest to do more UI and process flow testing.
