Poorly designed

**Developer response:** We are sorry to hear that the application is not working as expected. Since we are constantly working on updating it, we recommend that you uninstall and reinstall it. You will see the problems subside.

Catacombs Tour in Rome has been an expensive mistake.
I have sent numerous emails, and surprise, surprise no one is getting back to me.

**Developer response:** We reiterate our apologies for this incident and for the long wait for the matter to be resolved. Our Customer Service department contacted the provider of the activity and proceeded to refund the money paid. Since then, we have continued to work to ensure that no further incidents of this type occur in the service.

### 2/5 — App crashes when trying to load my bookings

Each time I want to view my bookings, the app crashes. I don’t know why. I just downloaded the app so presumably I am running the latest version. I also tried restarting my phone to be sure. . Urgently trying to view my bookings so I can load them into my apple wallet before leaving on my trip to Rome.
