Now, for the reason that I wrote this review: naval battles. Actual naval battles where you can control the ships would make this game even greater. Because naval ships are a very important part of this game, since it allows for the quick transport of troops. But, when it comes to battles, you have the AI fight and hope you win. So, naval battles could be great, you could even add the Battle of Salamis in your historical battles. The first thing I want to say is that this is a great game, but as I’ve been playing it for quite some time, I’ve started to notice some issues with the units—sometimes they don’t move when you give them a command, or they stay in one place when you tell them to move, especially when attacking cities. This causes all of the units to be killed by arrow towers. Please update this game. Since the iPhone has no fans, all heat is dissipated directly through the case. The main reasons for heating in version 2.0.1 Graphics reset: The update could automatically set the maximum parameters, activate the increased frame rate mode (60/120 FPS) or increase the "unit size". The calculation of the physics of hundreds of warriors on the map is the main cause of processor stress. They managed to simultaneously add meaningless features that overcomplicate the campaign view while removing QoL improvements found on the original game. Battles are fought less against the AI and more against the unpredictable and devious machinations of the UI. Sometimes clicking selects the unit, sometimes it deselects, sometimes it moves the unit. On or off the field the game plays well and I rarely experience crashes or bugs. Great work with making the factions (except the rebels and SPQR) not usually available on pc, playable with no modding required. Now I can finally play as the Macedonians and role-play Alexander the Great… at least until my entire population dies of the plague. Also loved the ports of Medieval 2, Empire and Napoleon. I love the newer graphics on those, but I still think Rome is the best out of all of them. Considering getting Barbarian invasion next. Keep up the great work.
