It was from the developer mr flood who built the large buildings that line it So fun but certainly not to be relied on! ### 2/5 — Waste of money and time *2012-02-23* Application is free but maps are paid. it is not easy and heavy to use, needs a good wi-fi conexion. But wi-fi conexion to walk by the streets of Rome ?? No way. ### 1/5 — Attention, tous les contenus dignes d'intérêt sont payants. *2011-12-27* Je suis la première à ne pas trouver intéressants les commentaires qui se plaignent des applications annoncées gratuites, et qui sont en réalité payantes. Mais la plupart du temps, ces mêmes applications annoncent la couleur en s'affichant "Lite" ou "Demo"... Pas de réelle mise en garde sur celle-ci, d'où mon commentaire grognon. Bref, sans payer quoi que ce soit, l'application est une coquille vide. Dommage, car elle semble plein de fonctionnalités et de contenus intéressants. Mais à quel prix! Chaque circuit thématique est payant, pour un prix de 5 Euros (pour les 7 circuits sur Rome) ou 2,40 Euros pour un circuit thématique. Attention, tous les circuits ne sont pas disponibles en Français. Je passe donc mon chemin, déçue. Je cherche un audioguide sur Rome, payant, certes, mais bien foutu, avec le commentaire audio en Français. ### 1/5 — Map no good *2011-07-11, version 3.4* I deleted this, the map doesn't zoom in or out & you can't tell what the attractions are unless you click on every one & watch the video! ### 1/5 — - Superapp - 0 stars - or better minus 10 stars *2011-06-19* This app about Rome is an insult. Providing a map from Hungary Budapest ???? The rest is also not very usable. Update: Reduced raring because app causes battery life to decrease significantly. Seemed like a scam and didn't trust it. ### 1/5 — Guide sur Rome *2014-04-23* Attention : cette application n'est pas réellement gratuite. Vous avez les "achats" intégrés qui sont indispensables : vous achetez des circuits de visite ( c'est très intéressant, vous avez le circuit et à chaque monument des explications, idem un audio phone ) et vous choisissez votre langue, en l'occurence le français.... Et là j'ai été très déçu : sur 7 circuits proposés, seulement deux sont en français. Pour moi, les cinq autres sont inexploitables, (sauf à très bien comprendre l'anglais, le vocabulaire " artistique" étant très spécifique !) I paid for the complete Rome Tour pack. It was highly dissapointing. As I didnt want to incur roaming charges, I tried using the offline mode. The app failed to map my route over the trips I took. When we arrived at the colosseum the tour didn't work as they advertise. We tried using the map to find all the other tourist spots next to the colosseum and the points in the map are unusable. After the app failed me, I got a good ol paper map and that did the job just fine. Used this app for recent visit to Rome. Includes Colosseum, Vatican, etc. but also routes off beaten track. Put on your headphones, chose a route and follow the directions. Covers the famous sights, general history of the areas and architectural points of interest. Also recommends great pit stops (restaurants and bars) on route.
