It always tells me my house can’t be delivered to, but then I order off the website no problems. I only have one issue and that’s when trying to order online to take advantage of the online exclusive coupons. I get an error message saying I’m not in the delivery area so I can’t go any further or use my coupon but when calling in we have it delivered. I’ve mentioned this when placing orders but I noticed it’s still not accepting my address. Hoping this gets the right person’s attention. ### 3/5 — Incredible pizza, app is super hard to use *2021-12-29, version 3.0.12* I love Romeo’s pizza but I end up calling to place my order every time I try to use this app. It’s confusing to me how to order one of the set pizzas, and the couple times I used it to try to order a cheese pizza (you have to build your own) it always tastes different then when I just call and ask for one. The style of the app is nice and I love the interface overall but the functionality and usability is not great. ### 3/5 — Bogo doesn’t work on the app *2021-10-25, version 3.0.10* I love everything about the app except for the fact that the BOGO code for Tuesdays will not process through the app. It will work on the desktop version but in the app you get an error message every time saying BOGO is only good on Tuesdays…even though it is a Tuesday whenever I try to use that code. P.S. the pizza was not good at all. ### 2/5 — This app needs an overhaul *2021-06-29, version 3.0.10* The interface is cumbersome, most discount codes flag an error when attempting to insert it. When you place an order the auto-generated e-mails never give you a time as to when your order is ready. The selection process is clunky. There really is no “back” button to make edits. If you have items in your cart there’s a 50/50 chance if you want to make a modification you’ll lose the original item along with the new item and have to start all over. I enjoy romeo’s pizza, at the same time, this app makes me look elsewhere for an offering from a shop that has a better interface. And yet, at no point during the last couple times I’ve placed an order through the app, has this option been available. Instead, I’ve had to call the store and ask them to put a note on the order, which seems to defeat the purpose of using the app. The pizza is consistently delicious, and the app is generally intuitive and user-friendly, but the app also needs to incorporate the delivery options advertised so that this hassle can be avoided by both the customer and the folks preparing the food. ### 3/5 — There are a few holes in this app *2020-03-24, version 3.0.4* Tried out the app today and ordering was pretty straight forward. Payment was not. Only option is credit card. The worst part is notifications are done by email. I gave my phone number, wouldn’t a text be better?Been waiting now for about 30 minutes...nothing. Just checked my email again. Nope still nothing. Went back to the app. Crap, no way to check on my order. Is this how e-commerce is supposed to work? Keep using the app as it’s great for ordering but still not once have I been told how long my order will take. I get email confirmation of order but never says when the order will be ready. It’s a constant guess. This is the third or fourth complaint about this yet never gets fixed. Are reviews even viewed? ### 2/5 — Sometime-y *2019-11-23, version 3.0.3* Sometimes I get a confirmation email and sometimes I don’t. When I don’t get an email the only way I know is by checking my bank account to see if it were charged. In the app it doesn’t show your order history or tell you the estimated delivery time. Says http error every time and so I have to sign in on the website instead. Now Ive noticed that my rewards points aren’t there. Just says 0. Sooo apparently for many months I haven’t had rewards points even though I sign in online. Really annoying. This app needs fixed.
