The staff kept lying about the order status. This is the worst app I’ve used — you’re trying to imitate Domino’s, but you can’t match their service quality. You should be ashamed of misleading customers like this. A wolf in a lion’s skin can never be a lion. I got no proper response from support, no proper tracking available in Rominus application it shows only Order Packed no GPS tracking no delivery executive updates.
