Trip Timeline

Inline editing of transport legs — tap any flight/transfer card to edit directly
"Add Travel Leg" button for trip owners and invited editors
Smart timeline ordering: independent party legs shown before/after shared legs with a "everyone meets up" divider
Accommodation cards now support inline editing

Collaboration

Invite collaborators via email with permission scoping per travel party
Invited users can be granted edit access to add/modify legs for their party
"Allow party editing" toggle for trip owners (per-trip setting)
Auto-accept pending invites when an invited user opens the trip link
Invite expiry support — expired invites are rejected gracefully

Trip Header

Tap the trip header card to edit title, destination, emoji, and dates (owner only)

What to Test

Splash screen — kill and reopen the app, confirm new logo shows on load
Create a trip — full wizard from type - family - destination - travel legs - stay - AI plan -review
Invite a collaborator — send invite, open link as a different user, confirm auto-accept works
Party editing — toggle Allow party editing on, log in as invitee, confirm they can add a leg
Offline mode — load a trip, turn off wifi, reload — data should still show with banner
Inline leg editing — tap a flight card in Timeline tab → edit → save, confirm update persists
Language switch — toggle EN/RU on Dashboard, check all strings update
Share link — tap , share the URL, open in incognito as a new user, confirm read-only view
Deep link tabs — add ?tab=timeline to a trip URL, confirm it opens on the right tab
Invite expiry — set an invite with a past expiry date, confirm access is denied
