All the security questions I answered said was wrong answers which they were not. Called for help. They said I haven’t use mobile app in two years & it was inactive. I use this all the time but tech help can’t see any transactions I made in past two years. I need to go to the bank to sign up again. I go to bank , they’re no help. Manager actually told me I can look at transactions on my husbands phone. In other words I have no access to my accounts. I let them know what I thought & walked out.
