All of the tables tents say “Buy One Get One Free when you order in the app”. There was no instructions that there must be a promo code inserted to apply the Buy One Get One. When I recognized we didn’t get the deal I told the same employee that told us BOGO if we order in the app and only when I brought up the promo code is when he explained we needed one. I asked him if there was anything he could do to apply the BOGO on the order and he said there was nothing they could do. There were numerous other customers that went through the same issue and they offered no resolution.
