I’ve received multiple offers in the app, when I start an order the offer does not apply. It says to apply offer during checkout but that is not an option. They need to make it so the offer includes a unique promo code. There is an option to redeem a promo code during checkout but not an offer.

The billing system is the worst I’ve ever seen, the store keeps inaccurate record of products that are out of stock and the ordering system is clunky and deeply unsatisfactory.

We were told by an employee that if we order in the app the food would be buy one get one free. All of the tables tents say “Buy One Get One Free when you order in the app”. There was no instructions that there must be a promo code inserted to apply the Buy One Get One. When I recognized we didn’t get the deal I told the same employee that told us BOGO if we order in the app and only when I brought up the promo code is when he explained we needed one. I asked him if there was anything he could do to apply the BOGO on the order and he said there was nothing they could do. There were numerous other customers that went through the same issue and they offered no resolution. Very misleading and went through the trouble of creating an account and ordering on the app for nothing.

You would think they would be ready for their own promotion, but here we are bait and switch, still waiting for mac and cheese, I could have made it at home by now. Buyer beware.

App is okay overall, but I regularly get messages in the inbox for in-app promotions that I would happily use, but there’s no way to apply or redeem them. No promo codes included or anything to actually apply these deals and put them to use. I’ve opened the app on a few occasions with the intention to redeem some deals for dinner and each time ended up not purchasing because of this issue.
