Not recommended. Very slow in getting the PCR results. They have a 600 phone number, but no one will answer your calls. It is not peak time. You should get results within hours like any other professional clinic.

For the PCR service , the application asks for copy of Identity but when the team reached me asked me again for the details of identity and copy of it …. This shows that the application team doesn’t not share information in advance with medical team to make the service an ease to the customer in which the medical team must have this information in advance and to be prepared.

Since I signed in Roof, I like the services it provides and also the staff they send to do the PCR test to your home; they are all kind.
I wish success to the developer and to add more and add more services to support the community.

Just feedback: When I try to book sometimes during the weekend ( I know it's busy ), it doesn’t show the timing, but if you press done, it will pick a 10:00 - 10:30 automatically then proceed to payment it says book a different time slot. Maybe better to show the available timing in the dark back and non-available time in grey and can’t choose it.

Again, I love it :)

Nurse Jenny is very excellent, her hands are light for adults and children, and I thank you for your commitment to punctuality, timing, speed in procedures and hygiene
