Get Roof link ### 5/5 — The best CRM is the one you use *2024-09-04* I’ve been with plenty of different CRM’s over the years and what I have found is that the only way to make a CRM work is to actually train on every aspect. When I first logged in I hated everything about RoofLink because it didn’t do what I wanted it to do, but I sat through a couple of really easy trainings and now I don’t want to switch to any other software. If you think it’s difficult to do something on the app then I most likely thought the same way. Before you give up on it, go do some training and come back. It’s terrible… can’t draw the houses easily like it says can’t do anything… ### 1/5 — You need new developers! *2024-07-28* UPDATE 2024.07.27 I have screenshots of one page showing an appointment I made for next Saturday at the wrong time, 5PM, when I made it for 6PM. Then clicking on the event, it shows the correct time. How hard is it to keep track of the time zone for one user throughout your UI? You guys need new developers! Not sure why the app is so atrociously bad compared to the web app. Can’t be that hard, because most of the issues I have are with basic functionality. For instance, why can I reassign the sales rep on the web app but not the iOS app? Why can I view all of the notes on the web app, but not the iOS app? Why is the map so bad on the web app, but works fine on the app? There are just so many inconsistencies that you end up having to use both just to do your job and it’s a major PITA. Why can I leave a note on a job in the web app if a different sales rep is assigned to the job, but I can’t leave not on the iOS app? It’s so dumb. You know what else is so dumb about this app? If someone else has already pinned an address, there is no way for you to do anything on that pin.
