## What is RoofProof Reports?

RoofProof Reports helps roofers, property managers, real-estate inspectors, insurance adjusters, and small contractors document roof and property conditions in the field and produce professional client-ready PDF reports before leaving the site.

Capture project details, weather, roof type, property type, structured section findings, severity levels, recommendations, camera/photo-library images, photo markup, captions, timestamps, manually entered optional GPS metadata, and clear disclaimers. Reports include a branded cover page, client and property details, summary, findings, photos, severity labels, recommendations, signature, and generated timestamp.

RoofProof Reports is local-first and does not require an account for v1. Your inspection notes stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Sample reports and PDF previews are free. Sharing a client-ready PDF requires an export credit or active RoofProof Pro subscription.

Important: RoofProof Reports documents user-entered inspection notes and observed conditions. It does not provide engineering certification, insurance approval, code compliance determination, or official claim validation.
