I get it, COVID, but the registration isn’t streamlined and you have to give up to much information. The app should have a fast checkout process as a guest. My gift cards on it are posted multiple times and I can’t see how much is left on them. It doesn’t let me pay with more than one payment method so I can’t use both gift cards at the same time or a gift card and a second payment method if my gift card doesn’t cover it. I couldn’t create my account because after I put in my phone number, the screen won’t go down for me to hit register. I make the same order all the time and still takes me a ton of clicks (such as choosing “ASAP” every time when you don’t even offer scheduled ordering) when it theory it could be like 2. It crashes frequently, loads slowly, has a bunch of weird formatting, This is such a simple app and has the potential to be so much better with the help of a competent app developer.
