However, my AI partner is an absolute moron. Will pass on a laydown hand and will lead back in trumps at times it is strategically idiotic. Leider kann man nicht online gegen echte Menschen spielen. Das zeigt sich vor allem am Code dieses Spiels. Die Gegner sind schnell durchschaubar und spielen teilweise unlogisch und fast dumm. Auch wenn man die Einstellungen ändert, bleibt es sehr durchschaubar. Irritating is when partner leads with a trump when trump color is evenly dealt among all players. Also, it is crazy when an apposing player plays a 13 on a 14 when they have a 5 to sacrifice and gamble on taking more points to set the apposing team with their 13. You have the option to replay each hand so if you go set replay and see if you can make the hand. South never has a hand that can bid. Bidder wins 95% of games. However, having played Rook for 40+ years the flaws in competitive game play are obvious and annoying. I have played this particular game for 4+ years. The worst aspect is that your AI partner is obviously less skilled than AI opponents. The game was better and more accurate a couple years ago. It’s a shame that the game developers implemented changes to AI rules that lowered the quality of the game! ### 1/5 — New update is awful *2025-11-14, version 26.0.0* The new update is awful. Harder to use features because you have to click on the hamburger for everything and the hint button is gone. Awful. Very stupid moves and bidding when inappropriate. I like the game of Rook. The East/West team works together. The North makes moves in opposition of the South player. Get your act together and fix this game. Have played it for years. Problem is, when we play it’s with humans and this version has eliminated 3 human players and subs in an algorithm partner and 2 bots. Obviously, the human player is at a huge disadvantage. I have gone 20, 17 and 14 rounds without getting a single Bonus Card. I allow that East/West communicates with each other, but programming the game so that the sole human is shut out? Seems a giganto fix is in order. This IS a 5-Star game. Fair play this app up. For instance if you throw a red one the game will throw the yellow rook and then the next hand throw a red. How is that fair ?!?! I’ve fiddled with all the settings and closed all other apps, so I know it’s this game. Even when I turn sounds off the music still plays.
