Only issue I have is the ability to create more cards would be nice to have more colors to choose from on certain designs and would be nice to have more designs to choose from hopefully they will fix this. I was in a jam because we needed the cards for our end of year banquet a week after I submitted the order. It was originally estimated that they would arrive after our banquet but I emailed the company and they promised to have them to me in time for the banquet and they delivered! Quality product, easy interface, and all-around fantastic experience. Your favorite players, or your kids. Just download your photo and fill in some basic info: player name, team, position, or whatever you want. Many nice card templates and colors to choose from. I have bought dozens of packs over the last 3 years. Lately some cards have been printed incorrectly, and I didn’t even get my last 3 packs at all. Customer Support didn’t answer me. The only thing you can do is delete and reinstall the app, which deletes all of your work. There is no communication from anyone at Rookies. Be careful when you spend time creating cards, you could easily lose them because of their outdated app. ### 1/5 — Can’t complete purchase *2021-05-13, version 2.1* I’ve tried submitting an order on the app at least a dozen times with multiple different types of payment and devices over the last week, and cannot submit an order. I emailed customer service twice, with no response. I even sent a tweet, tagging the company. Nothing.
