Нажимайте серую кнопку Configure, вводите данные сети и Start Connection. Термостаты должны быть в режиме сопряжения. У меня все три разом подключились. Сеть 2.4, обязательно та же на устройстве. Надеюсь, у вас тоже получится. Теперь вот как с Алисой связать :) ### 3/5 — Malfunzionamento *2022-11-16* A seguito recente aggiornamento l’app ora fatica a collegarsi al dispositivo. Urge aggiornamento!!! ### 3/5 — Not bad *2020-02-16, version 1.0.4* I also had a hard time connecting. A lot of it had to do with the WiFi signal I think in far side of cabin. I added a WiFi booster. The search function did not work immediately. I had to walk away from it once it started searching for WiFi and try later to search. On a couple of thermostats, I had to turn off and turn on the phone to connect. I hate eBay anyway, but I thought I would try it this once and take a chance. Boy was that a mistake! First it took two months for the thermostat to arrive. When it came, the instructions were almost impossible for me to read and see. When I did figure it out, there was no way to mount the thermostat on the wall. The wiring was not correct for American electricity. And there’s no way to return the thermostat at this point. I’m extremely disappointed. I downloaded the app to my phone so that I could see what advice I can get on installing the thermostat and that was pointless. There was nothing there to show me what to do. I just got on Amazon and ordered a new thermostat that will be here Monday. Finally we can get some regular heat in our home after surviving the winter hotwiring my electric furnace. ### 2/5 — Relais non réactif *2019-01-26* Relais met du temp à se réactiver. Voir 1 a 2 degré en dessous de celui qu’on a programmé avant que le chauffage se remet en route. + un Bugs à partir de minuit vaut mieux le programmer à partir de 23h pour la nuit. Sinon tout est impeccable. It cannot connect to Wi-Fi network. I have three different routers with different SSID at home. Tried all three, but app cannot connect to any of them. Had problems connecting to my BT Smart Hub. It’s a dual band (2.4 and 5GHz) model hub provided by BT. It won’t connect AT ALL. Tried a multitude of setting on the Hub....No joy 😟. I have a iPhone 6 and an ipad, so I used the hotspot facility of the phone and hey ho, the iPad connects to the device via my iPhone only. So, as long as I leave my phone near the heating controller, I will be able to connect to device? Sort of defeats the purpose of the Wi-fi ability to connect to it remotely where ever you wish to be in the world. Есть разбейте программы в течении дня. What I discovered is that if you have a BT SmartHub you will now doubt have the My BT app. The thermostat for some reason gets put into a default group in the app even without connecting. Remove the thermostat (shows as unknown_xxx) from the default group and it connects. A bit of a fiddle to set-up but once done works well. Remote control if I go on holiday and forget to switch off schedule. Would get five stars if could interact with Alexa or IFTTT so could be even smarter.
