No need to move furniture or anything I can scan the rooms just about as fast as i can walk through the room. I know it’s a totally new concept in measuring to just wander around following the walls with your to create a full 3 render showing walls,doors and windows. Have not tried anything too technical yet, but standard houses are not a problem. Definite game changer. Look forward to this technology! ### 5/5 — Pretty impressive, a handy measuring tool at a job site *2023-08-31* I am local flooring store sales rep, measuring rooms quickly is always good so I can get fast quote to the homeowner on the spot, hopefully get the contract signed and take a deposit. I have a iPhone 12 ProMax with LiDAR, this app works really well, it captures floor plan pretty accurately, and it gets cabinets, doors and windows as well. I am a long-time MeasureSquare mobile user as well, I normally use a Leica laser to measure a house directly into the estimating app, but this LiDAR room scanner can be a good alternative to the laser meter, at least for wood laminate jobs, I will try more on carpet jobs. After reopening both of the apps it shows the exported project as completely blank. On the off chance it doesn’t crash, it works great. ### 3/5 — Nice *2025-05-09* Good enough ### 4/5 — Works very well for flooring estimates with MeasureSquare Mobile *2023-08-29* We have been trying various 3d scanning apps for ways to make onsite floor plan measurement fast meanwhile accurately, this app seems to be easy to use and get the measurements reasonably accurately, most of times with a inch compared to a laser meter. The best part is it exports the 2D floor plan to other MeasureSquare Mobile and RenoPlan that we currently use for creating flooring quotes.
