### 2/5 — アプリ大活用したいのにさせてくれない

アプリ1つで自由自在に設定出来て、掃除する部屋の順番だったり立ち入り禁止エリアとか設定して、朝起きたらすぐボタン1つで掃除開始、朝の支度をしてる間に掃除が終わる。外出中でも掃除可能、今どこが終わっててどこが残ってる、今どこにいるなどの進捗も分かってかなり便利だったんだけど。
アプリからじゃ清掃開始出来なくなる事が2回あった。1回目は販売店に持って行ったところ、工場行きになり、3週間待たされた上に何も異常なしで設定を全てリセットされて返って来た。3週間もルンバを使用出来ないのはかなり不便だった。そして2回目はどうせ販売店に持って行ってもまた工場行きになるだけだからと思いまずは販売店へ電話し解決策を求めたが、アプリをアンインストールして再度インストールするしかない、それでも解決しなければ解決策はないと言われた。結果、解決しなかったので、現在はアプリなしでルンバから直接清掃開始させてる。適当な順番で家中をあちこち行く。アプリから掃除出来るのが魅力で買ったのに意味ないじゃん。非常に残念です。

This is very frustrating. I selected a routine and the run button doesn’t show up. It’s impossible to use the product without it.

Every so often I have to reconnect to my WiFi. Which isn’t the problem, it’s every time that I have to the roomba app has so much trouble finding it. It takes multiple times to reconnect, and the app isn’t clear on whether it connected or failed. So I’m trying over and over again until the roomba finally responds to when I press play on the app.

Works great till it has to pick up Dog hair. The hair gets inside the roller and gets around the roller so it won’t pick anything up so you have to stop in the middle of whatever you’re doing and pull over the hair out and then let it start again.

The app worked great for a while, now it’s useless and doesn’t work. Robot doesn’t activate from the app, no history saved, scheduling doesn’t work. Terrible app design and connectivity.

Buying this was the best decision ever. Make sure my kids toys are picked up and dog toys and hit go and in the AM my floor is hair and dirt free. I got mine on sale for 300 and it mops, vacuums, and empties itself. Make your life easier and buy the combo!

I have had several Roomba’s. This model is by far the best! 
The mop actually works. The first several dirty tanks blew my mind. 
I moved into a new home that was supposedly cleaned 2 times before I moved in. The water was disgusting . Took about 15 runs for it to be almost clear.  Shocking!!!
This product has a good battery life. Good power. And the water only has to be refilled after 2 long runs in my 2000 sq ft home.
All tile. 
Game changer for me.
