Not everyone can afford a 1b in bayarea. Most of the time,  young professionals prefer to accommodate with other people.  This app really helps me and my roommate to arrange things better.

My roommates and I have always had disagreements over trivial things due to the lack of open communications. This app allows us to arrange things beforehand in a highly customizable manner and get notified when the time approaches. The function to see if you roommate is at home is also very convenient.
