RoomPlan allows you to manage your BnB bookings. With our app you can manage the reservations of a small or medium tourist structure ( B&B, guest houses, villas, hotels) by managing your booking rooms and customer reservations by using your phone. You will have the planning of reservations on hand, anytime, anywhere, and leave your paper cumbersome manual. Customize and manage your bookings planner with rooms number, name and type, the service, the source host, the commercial channel from which the reservation comes. It's safe because your information can be in your device but also in our server; the backup function allows to retrieve the data in case the device is lost or broken. Think of what alternative would you if your agenda or notebook is lost or damaged! How you may retrieve the result of months of records, so important for your villas, hotels, bed and breakfast? It gives you the possibility to automatically send an email to the host, directly from the phone or tablet. 
And it's social as you can share reservations data with any collaborators in two ways: 1) You can send a PDF file with the planning of the reservations who do not have the application. 2) If the application is installed on more devices (you buy only once) with the synchronization function, using the functions of Save Backup and Restore Backup. I inadvertently purchased this app twice and discovered there was no way to undo it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to drop the whole purchase. The product may be good, but with no tutorial that I could find, and no one to reach out to for assistance, makes me suspicious and uncomfortable toward the whole company . I did receive some Emails about the purchase and attempted contact, but no one has responded. ### 1/5 — Useless and no customer service at all *2021-10-02, version 3.6* I have used this for a year, my license has now expired, I am trying to renew it, the app won’t let me do that, it won’t let me log in to do that, I have searched their website and written to them asking for help, got no reply. How are they supposed to produce revenue if you can’t renew the license! ### 3/5 — Good idea, reoccurring subscription needed *2016-03-30, version 2.5.9* I like a lot of things about this app. Being able to color code reservations, naming rooms what I wish, ability to move a reservation from date to date, and the auto confirmation emails (if you have subscription only I believe). The few things I don't like are annoying but not a "deal breaker". For example, if you have a guest renting more than one room you have to do each room separately - there is no way to do multiple rooms at a time. (Very annoying when we are blocking off for large parties.) I wish there was a way to have a new reservation go to multiple devices rather than have to run a backup on the device that made the reservation and then run a restore on the other devices (but it's usually a fairly quick task and allows every device to have the latest reservation list). Also, I'm in the USA and the company is, I believe, in Europe so there are some "required" pieces of guest info that I care nothing about and wish I could skip to save time but it's impossible. Lastly, we word things slightly differently here in the US that make the auto confirmations a little odd, but still usable for sure (you can customize some things but not all). Those were my biggest complaints. Then I got a notice that my license had expired. I contacted the company confused because I was never told it was a reoccurring subscription when I bought the app about two months ago. They wrote back explaining I could continue to use it with any server functions (no saving, backups, multiple device compatibly, etc.) - pretty much I could have the lite app indefinitely with my original purchase price. That is frustrating. Of course I want to backup our guest list; of course I want to have our devices have the same guest info and up to date availabilities. In the past four days, since my license has expired (and I'm slowly getting one answer at a time responses from customer service), I have only been able to get the app to work once. Not sure if it's because of the lack of subscription or coincidence. -Either way it's left me searching for a new app/software. Good idea but at this point not worth the continual money ESPECIALLY given the lack of tailoring and now unpredictably. ### 1/5 — Forever lost customer *2016-03-25, version 2.5.9* I have start using the app lite version in November 2015. In December, i bought the full version cause I was worry to loose my data at the end of the 3 mounts trial. Everything was going very great! I loved the app! But on 26 February a message appears in the Option Panel saying "Dear customer, your license has expired click here to renew". Following the link, I understood that Roomplan was askig me to pay to save my data in a server. On the website it was saying that "The backup function allows you to backup and recover data if the device is lost or broken". As I have never lost or broke my phone I was ready to take that risk. Everything was still great until 20 march 2016 when...Yes, all my reservation were GONE!! So, I had contact the app administrator. There is the answer I got: I'm very sorry but if you don't have the "Room Plan App - Server Functions" license we can't restore your lost data. This kind of error are very common on our app. For example, you can lose your reservations after a big OS update or after cleaning your cached data with another app The weird thing is that I did not do any IOS update at all or cleaning cache on any app. My opinion is that this app is unreliable and should not be use in any case other than if your are ready to pay for the back up license. ### 5/5 — Room plan *2014-03-13, version 2.5.1* This what I have been looking for. It is easy to use, once configured for your exact needs. Recommend for any bed and breakfast. Provides an excellent at a glance view of availability with details at a tap-tap. Cloud download backup, in case something happens to your device. There will probably be additional costs in the future forgot loads to the cloud. ### 5/5 — Don't know what I would do without this app. *2013-06-12, version 2.0* We recently purchased a 6-unit B&B. We have used this app for two months now, and couldn't be happier. All of our employees have access to bookings and information directly on their phones, and I can even email confirmations directly from my phone when taking a booking. I also had the initializing problem, but emailed the developer at the address listed on their website, and they answered within minutes and fixed the issue. Our business would not be the same without this app. ### 1/5 — Room plan issue *2013-06-12, version 2.0* This app worked great the first week but afterwards it simply wouldn't load. I would try and open it and it would just say "init application" and attempt to open unsuccessfully. Not only a waste of money but potentially harmful to business and reservations. I could not find a way to contact the developer to try and fix the glitch, but I felt it might be thoughtful to warn others before the wound up in the same predicament I am. ### 1/5 — No Good *2013-04-19, version 2.0* Buyer beware!!!
