With the Rooms App, we provide users with a convenient and cheaper way to locate rentals and cheap accommodations in a convenient location that is appropriate and flexible enough for their needs. With the Rooms App, homeowners, landlords, and tenants can rent out their spare rooms, or arrange co-tenancies and sub-tenancies for short- to long-term stays.

As part of its freemium model, Rooms functions much like dating apps for roommates, and we charge for communication between users. Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.  

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours   before the end of the current period  
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal 
Subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
