A pesar de pulsar “later” sigue apareciendo una y otra vez el cartel. Si finalmente cedes y le das a “get RoomScan pro LiDAR” aparece una App para descargar que solo tiene una única opinión 😕 y les acusa de estafadores….🙄😬 Edito enero2023: recibí un email del desarrollador de la App diciendo que me pusiera en contacto para solucionar el problema. Tras una larga conversación por chat, honestamente no sé con quién, ni qué cargo tenía, ni siquiera si se trataba de una persona real o un robot, esto es lo que pasó: 1- intentaron convencerme de que debía descargar la App pro. Para disipar mis dudas acerca de su fiabilidad me mostraron una captura de pantalla de las reseñas de eeuu: 1000 opiniones con una media de 4,1. Sinceramente, asumiendo que el dato y la captura sean verídicos, 1000 opiniones de tooodos los eeuu es poco significativo, por no usar un término más escatológico. 2- para intentar vencer mis reticencias me ofrecieron una prueba gratuita extendida 3- tuve que preguntar hasta 3 veces para conseguir la información de que la App pro es de pago, con una suscripción mensual de unos 4€. Asimismo pregunté en múltiples ocasiones cuál era la duración de esa prueba gratuita extendida, sin obtener respuesta. 4- pregunté también repetidamente, sin éxito, como era el proceso de baja o desistimiento. 5- supuestamente, para obtener dicha prueba gratuita extendida debía primero descargar la App y luego escribirles (dónde? No obtuve respuesta) solicitando la prueba gratuita 6- expuse mis dudas ya que, generalmente, la descarga de una App de pago implica en sí misma cargos. Me contestaron que eso era falso y el tono empezó a cambiar hacia enfadado/Indignado/Ofendido 😮🤷🏼‍♀️ 7- finalmente comenté que, además, al no disponer de copia de dicho chat, dicha oferta de prueba gratuita carecía de valor contractual, con lo cuál podía ocurrir que al escribir solicitando la prueba se desentendieran del asunto. Eso provocó un giro brusco de guión, y literalmente me dijeron que no volviera a contactar con “ellas” 😮🙄 En fin, cada quién tome sus decisiones. A mí, esta clase de comportamiento y falta de transparencia no me invita a confiar y querer usar o descargar la App. ### 3/5 — Good potential but needs work *2022-11-02, version 8.16* Right off the bat, it’s a good app with the right features but it’s lacking some basic user interface options. DO NOT use this app, you’ll regret it. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2021-11-03, version 8.1* Thought this could at least give me a rough outline of my very square, small and symmetrical home…apparently it’s a bunch of overlapping wiggly lines, and some extra corners are always added in that you can’t edit out because they’re so small, but they affect the angle of the room and thus entire home. Didn’t even use the whole free trial. Don’t know how this could help anyone unless they were looking for a headache. ### 1/5 — Gotta pay to even add a door. *2021-11-02* Waste of time installing. **Developer response:** You can add doors during the scan without purchasing, and all of the features including adding doors in the plan editor are available free for 7 days. ### 1/5 — Paid for an app that uses LIDAR *2021-10-20, version 8.1* I paid for pro because it was $8 a year and it would use lidar when I upgraded my device. Now that I have a new device with LIDAR they took away the lidar from the app and made a new app thats $48 a year. Mette i pavimenti a caso, molto oltre e fuori dal perimetro della stanza sconfinando in altri ambienti o tranciandoli prima. Il tutorial, difficile da utilizzare non aiuta e non è comprensibile. La seconda, appoggiando il device alle pareti: non specifica cosa fare per: vani, porte, vetrate, armadi etc. Provi, e qualcosa fa. Ma il rilievo è inutilizzabile, enormi errori grossolani e nessun aiuto per finestre porte etc. La terza: disegni tu a mano con una piattaforma rudimentale e di cui nulla è intuitivo, zero tutorial e se non hai un metro laser, serve a nulla. Test fatto su una stanza soggiorno arredata. I found no way to modify or add corners to rooms or merge rooms. I used Magicplan for years on many large buildings. This app is like going back to the dungeon of times past!!! I appreciate that they are maintaining the classic version because I don’t use it intensely and often enough that I would receive any benefit from having LIDAR version. Update 8/2021 This app got great so I bought the pro version. Something I have NEVER done before. With new updates I’d lost abilities I had paid for. Things as simple as adding doors and windows had been taken away from me.
