Glad i looked into this and didn’t fall for it. ### 1/5 — App Glitch deleted my account *2026-07-21, version 1.17.13* Made a new account for the first time and it was randomly deleted for “unusual activity” and was told that my number was permanently blocked so now I can’t even create another account. Force you to pay The app told me I had over 20 messages from potential landlords. This was not true. The message were either from people seeking to rent or fake blank messages. When I tried to search for properties no matter the dollar amount I would put down ($3000) all it would come up is a room for $300 over and over again. I was forced to pay to access the message/email feature but yhe content was either fake or not accurate. No labdlords, but only people seeking to rent ( like me). this app is a major scam in forcing people to pay for inexistant messages. Turns out it was just random people advertising the rooms I already rejected because they weren’t a right fit. ### 1/5 — DONT WASTE YOUR TIME *2026-07-10, version 1.17.13* Craigslist,fb marketplace and even word of mouth has better results than this app. The developers purposely designed it to archive message even when ppl reply so you’ll miss messages. You can’t use messenger unless you pay and they pretend like you have messages however it’s just a trick to lure you in to paying. But when you contact support, a bot tells you to navigate to a support webpage to submit a ticket, which you can’t authenticate into precisely because the account is blocked. What a stupid headache. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever. No on time customer support *2026-08-17, version 1.17.13* This is the worst app ever I have seen. I subscribed for the services and all of sudden my account was removed. Worst thing is there is no customer support available. Also they flood your mail box with tons of email. The app suddenly goes down frequently for maintenance no idea when. I attempted to reach out to support through the chat and provided information the AI asked for and still have no response from the customer support team. I’ve heard about this app years ago, and had it downloaded and was looking at other roommate situations/alternatives because my living situation was really rough at the time. I now I’m backed into another corner, I was looking to use the services, and hopefully find an accommodation that can meet my living situation, but now I’m unfortunately banned due to unusual activity… This app was on the back burner, and has barely been used, but to get wrongly be knocked off for something that doesn’t make any sense. This is nonsense and I’m going to vote with my dollar somewhere else.
