## What is Roost?

Roost is the challenge alarm for heavy sleepers who can turn off an alarm before they are fully awake.

Set one alarm. When it rings, complete a wake-up challenge—such as movement, math, memory, photo, barcode, drawing, or typing—before it stops. Roost can then follow up with wake checks to help you avoid drifting back to sleep.

Why Roost?
• One clear alarm instead of a chain of snoozes
• Challenges that get your brain or body moving
• Follow-up wake checks after you dismiss the alarm
• A wake-up plan that fits your routine
• Streaks and history to make better mornings visible
• Local alarms that do not depend on an internet connection

Start with a simple challenge and find the one that works for your mornings. Roost Premium unlocks advanced challenges, the full sound library, and long-term statistics. Choose monthly or annual billing. A 3-day free trial may be available before purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account settings.

Roost is designed to support a morning routine. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Subscription details and pricing are shown in the app before purchase.
