It’s constantly logging me out of the app. Which is VERY inconvenient for notifications for WORK RELATED THINGS. Notifications half work. We lost all visibility to 100s of scheduled staff. You had us up and running in record time. In our panic we first called 2 other staffing app companies before yours and they did not have the flexibility and features in their app that we needed... we are so glad we found you! We love your app, it does all you claim and more. Needless to say we have abandoned our in-house app and will rely on the experts at Schedulehead going forward. Forgot Password > email link > reset password > “Email or password is incorrect” ### 2/5 — Update issues *2025-08-17* The app was already sub par (can’t tell who is on each individual shift-shows everyone on morning and night shift regardless of which shift they signed up for, can’t copy and paste phone numbers, can’t see precious shifts worked on app only how many hours, etc), but since they made the update it doesn’t keep me logged in. My password keychain also doesn’t pop up with the username and password- I either have to manually type in username and password every time or go in and search through my password keychain. The addition of pages for available shifts was also an ugly addition. ### 2/5 — It’s ok *2021-11-05* My job recently started using this app. Most things I can use except for the actual scheduling part, every time I try to see past the first two shifts it refreshes making it difficult.
