Do not get this app! It is an absolute scam. It works for about a month (with great struggle) then you begin to get unauthorized transactions and debits until all your money is gone then you start getting debits for failed transactions. Their customer service is extremely poor. Takes them over a month to respond or not at all. 
This was my experience and so many others I’ve complained to. Proceed with care.

I will advice anyone planning to use this to seek for alternative market before considering this Root app as option

Can’t believe payments from their Naira Card to Dollar was deducted to get $ for payment and they didn’t credit the Dollar card for days claiming it’s a system glitch on same platform 

Please avoid them
