Pros :
Delivered on time

Cons :

1. No quality checks/control - Got rotten and end of shelf life products.

2. Low quality fruits - 50% of the grocery items were just to be thrown into trash.

2. Substandard Customer Support- No way to seek refund/replacement.

The customer service interaction mentioned to replace my defective products but was never replaced. So can’t trust the service standards as well

My experience turned out disappointing, If one gets such service just during the start of business. Cannot imagine how it’s going to be once they stabilize.

I’ve ordered mangoes and they were really tasty. The packaging was also good. The prices are also relatively cheaper too! It’s completely worth a try😁
